Rules

The Fourth Edition of the Trailblazers rule book is now published.  Rule books are available from your Trailblazers centre or by sending an A5 sized stamped addressed envelope and £2.00 to Trailblazers, PO Box 642, Preston, Lancashire, PR3 3WZ 

 

 RULES COVERING ALL DISCPLINES

69.  Qualification

a)   In the event of a partnership ceasing the qualification ceases. 
b)   Only qualified partnerships from the second round are eligible to compete at the Final.

70.  Qualification for 2nd Rounds

Once a competitor has qualified they will be issued with an envelope containing a congratulatory letter telling them that they have qualified.  The competitor will then have the choice to either take up the qualification or not.  Should the competitor decide to accept the qualification for the second rounds, he/she will return the congratulatory letter (within 14 days) together with the appropriate fee and TWO stamped addressed envelopes, to the Centre of Qualification.  One envelope will be used to return a qualification card. The other will be used to forward details of the 2nd Rounds.  The Qualification card can then be used at any Second Round at the level stated.

71.  2nd Round Qualification for Finals

Numbers to qualify – to be notified  (This is subject to change depending on the number of 2nd rounds held, but will be notified at the publication of 2nd round show dates).

72.  Objections

Objections – may only be made by an Exhibitor at the event. All objections shall be dealt with by the Centre and their word is Final.

73. Presentations/ Prize Givings

Competitors must attend dressed in the manner in which they competed.  Failure to do so may render competitors to forfeit all entitlement to awards/ prizes.

74.  Stallions

Must be clearly identified whilst on the showground.  The Competitor /handler is responsible for the duty of care to other competitors and general public at all times.

75.  Conduct

Conduct, discipline, cruelty and un-sportsman like behaviour will be dealt with at the discretion of the show organiser to maintain the high standards expected.

76. The decision of the owner, manager or their representatives of each trailblazers centre is final. Competitors must adhere to each individual centre's rules and conditions of entry.


Equine flu certificates may be required for the final.

77.  TRAILBLAZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE ALTERATIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.  SHOULD ANY CHANGES HAVE TO BE MADE, THEY WILL BE PUBLISHED IMMEDIATELY ON OUR WEBSITE – www.trailblazerschampionships.com
