2009 SPILLERS TRAILBLAZERS
CHAMPIONSHIPS
– a week long festival of showing, dressage and show jumping.

Trailblazers’ unique Championship format enables all qualified competitors in each discipline to compete over two days (plus an optional show jumping practice day).

The opportunity to ‘stay over’ at the Championships with your horse or pony is made possible by staging them at one of the UK’s premier equestrian sports venues, the magnificent Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire.

Facilities at Stoneleigh Park available to all Trailblazers Championship competitors include:

• International standard all-weather arenas by Martin Collins
• Dedicated Championships with no outside distractions
• Secure on-site stabling
• Free camping and free caravan parking
• Good, permanent toilets and showers
• Affordable on-site catering
• Free discos on some evenings
• Shopping village

A friendly atmosphere in wonderful surroundings means families and friends can enjoy a memorable couple of days away. Admission is free for spectators. Dogs are welcome too (on leads).

ENTRY FEES cover TWO days of competition in each discipline for a one-off payment:

Showing

Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th July - entry fee to cover both days £46

Dressage

Tuesday 28th & Wednesday 29th July - entry fee to cover both days £46

Show Jumping

Friday 31st July 2009 - Practice day (participation is optional) – entry fee £20
Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd August - entry fee to cover both days £50

Stoneleigh Maintenance charge

Competitor£19.50
Day competitor £12.50
Additional horses £6.50 per horse

Maintenance Fee - We have had to introduce a maintenance fee on the entry forms this is to cover the maintenance fee that Stoneleigh Park charge us for emptying the bins, cleaning the toilets, sweeping the walkways, cleaning the parking area and camping area and clearing away all the horse muck. After the show is finished they walk round the site and depending on what needs doing charge us to put back Stoneleigh Park to the condition it was before we arrived.

* Fees are inclusive of VAT at 15%.

Additional costs for stabling, lorry/trailer parking, first aid and maintenance charge are clearly explained on the entry form. Once you have entered, Trailblazers makes no hidden extra charges at Stoneleigh Park.
